For teams

Your people are depleted.
Another app won't fix it.

Rest & Nourish Collective brings three credentialed practitioners into your workplace — live, in person or remote — to do what a subscription wellbeing platform has never managed to do: hold someone's attention past week two.

The problem

Burnout doesn't arrive from one direction

It shows up as skipped meals, poor sleep, disengagement, and sick days — and it costs you long before anyone resigns. Most wellbeing budgets buy a single tool and hope people self-serve.

Why a collective

Three practitioners, one program

Your team doesn't need another login. They need someone in the room who knows what they're talking about, and a reason to come back next week.

  • Live sessions with named practitioners, not pre-recorded modules
  • Three domains covered — nutrition, skin and stress, nervous system
  • Evidence-based, delivered by credentialed professionals
  • Formats that fit a working calendar, from one hour to six weeks
  • Nothing that requires your team to opt into a lifestyle

Start small. Most companies begin with a lunch-and-learn and expand once they see the attendance numbers.

Questions

What HR teams ask us

How do you measure whether it worked?

Attendance, repeat attendance, and a short pre and post survey we run with every cohort. We'll share the results honestly, including when they're unremarkable.

Can you work with a distributed team?

Yes. Lunch-and-learns and The Reset run remotely as standard. Onsite days and retreats are, by definition, in person.

What does this cost?

Pricing depends on format, group size, and whether it's remote or onsite. We'll give you a straight number on a 20-minute call, not a proposal process.

Is this a substitute for our EAP or health plan?

No, and we'd be wary of anyone who said otherwise. We sit alongside clinical provision, not in place of it, and we refer on when something needs a clinician.

How far ahead do we need to book?

A lunch-and-learn can usually be arranged within a few weeks. Cohorts and onsite days need more notice, particularly around the end of the year.

Let's talk about your team

Twenty minutes, no deck. We'll tell you honestly whether we're a fit — and if we're not, we'll usually know someone who is.
